    No commitment of delivery on time. Very irresponsible and no call back from the staff about the order update. Charlotte spoke very nicely during the time of sales and now she's left everything to despatch manager. Isn't it a responsibility of the salesperson to keep track and update the clients about what's going on in the back-end? Definitely, this place shouldn't be a choice for SMBs.
