  Mid way through a ride from chatswood to Auburn when both of my tires punctured. The man from NZ was super helpful, changing both inner tubes on a Sunday afternoon on the spot! He was a life saver. 99 bikes always provides great service and sell top quality bikes. If in the area this shop will look after all riding needs.

  A delayed review as I totally forgot, but knew I had to put one up as one of the lads there (sorry forgot your name) was super helpful in fixing my punctured tyre. No sweat sorted it out and couldn't be happier with his service. Top bloke and the only shop I would consider going to for my cycling gear!

  Got to be honest. Out of most other bike stores the customer service is consistent here and the guys are approachable. The staff are always trying their best to answer your questions and give information they know by personal experience or by finding out through other more experienced staff. Feedback is always positive with staff providing the best possible recommendations for varying questions that may be asked.

  Love the guys here, just bought the second mountain bike for my son from this shop. They are always very friendly and helpful. Flynn and Declan are great.

  What a great experience when you have someone like Declan serving you. No pressure selling with a high level of competency and knowledge. He really listened to what our needs were and met them. Thank you.
